A: Yes, the same phone number you have used with PLUS will continue to work with the new Perks program.
A: That is the exciting part! By switching from PLUS to Perks your Perks rewards account will work at all corporately owned Associated Food Stores. This includes Dan’s, Dick’s Market, Lin’s, Fresh Market and Macey’s.
Q: If I already had a PLUS or Perks account will my points and wallet credits show up when I register my Perks account?
A: Yes, when you register your Perks account use the same phone number you have always provided, and your points and wallet credits will still show up in your account.
A: No, you will need to re-register using the same Perks phone number you have always used. Your email address is now your username.
A: Register using the old email address on your account. Once you are logged in, you can update your email address. You will then login using the new email on your account going forward.
A: If you have registered on our updated website your new username is your email address. If you are not sure which email address is connected to your account, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Customer Service desk at the store.
A: Click on the login option in the top right-hand corner of the website. Choose “Reset Password” and follow the prompts to change your password.
A: The Perks program is a special way for us to give back and say thank you to our guests. You don’t need a card to get the sales price and you never have to clip paper coupons again thanks to our digital coupons. You will get exclusive discounts, thank you gifts, surprise discounts at the register and rewards points.
A: You will accumulate Perks Points monthly. From the first day of the month to the last you will earn one point for every dollar spent. Those points are converted to an in-store credit you can use towards your groceries starting on the first day of each month. This excludes the purchase of prescriptions, fuel, money orders, gift cards etc. Wallet credits will be awarded based on points earned. See chart below. At the start of each month you will receive an email with your wallet credit earned. Be sure to give us your current email address so you don’t miss out!
A: Login or create an account on our website. Once you have created an account go to our digital coupons page and view hundreds of digital coupons available to you. Click on the coupons you want to add them to your account. Then use your Perks phone number at the register when you purchase the items to redeem the offers. No need to print coupons anymore!
A: Yes. You can add a second phone number to your account when you register or by editing your account.
A: Try resetting your password using the email already in use. If you need to update the email, phone number, or other information you can do so online.
